1. 30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return To start a return, you must contact us first at support@luminahome.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, Lumina Home will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or it doesn’t fit your space, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
6. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
