1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Destinations We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. (Note: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside of the US. We are working hard to expand our shipping zones in the future.)
3. Estimated Delivery Time Once your order is dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur due to high volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
4. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at support@luminahome.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
